By choosing Maggie as your homebuyer agent you can rest assured that YOUR best interests are her focus. You may ask, "What is an Exclusive Buyer Agent?" An Exclusive Buyer Agent does NOT sell you anything. It does not cost you anything to use an exclusive buyer agent. They do not list properties for sale and neither does the company they work for. This last part is very important! Even if an agent says he’ll be your buyer’s agent, there can be conflicts if that agent or his office also lists properties for sellers. Those conflicts may prevent your purchase of the right property at the right price and terms. Attorneys in the same law firm will not represent both parties in a transaction. Agents in the same office shouldn’t either. |
